Yes (and no).  All video files are in a zipped folder, so you need to ensure that you have the appropriate app or software that can unzip/extract the files from the zipped folder; afterwards, your video files will be ready for mobile viewing.

ANDROID USERS
Android devices (2013 and newer) make unzipping and watching videos very easy using the ES File Explorer app.

If you’re using an iDevice, please DO NOT PURCHASE unless you have basic experience unzipping and playing .mp4 video files on your Apple mobile device; I, personally, own an iPhone 7s Plus and an iPad Pro - I love them and hate them at the same time... Android is MUCH easier to download and open zip files.  Apple COMPUTERS & LAPTOPS have no issues and will certainly unzip and play all of our video files.

Immediately.  After you complete checkout and process payment, your download link(s) will immediately be sent to the email address associated with your purchase – There may be a good chance that you entered the incorrect email address upon checkout, but don’t worry… email us, and we’ll get you up and running ASAP!!!  The download link(s) will expire after 3 attempts or 36 hours, whichever you reach first.  Please be sure to backup your digital downloads, in the event of a computer crash or misplaced storage location - we can not reactivate downloads after the initial 3 days of purchase.

Yes (and no).  There are 2 delivery methods (Instant Download or Shipped USB). We understand that internet speeds vary from one household to the next.  We do not provide DVDs in our product library, instead, we provide easy-to-use USB flash drives for your particular video series that you’re interested in.  A USB drive can be inserted into the USB port of your computer, which literally contain EVERYTHING that you would receive as if you actually downloaded them right to your computer.  You can simply drag the files off of the USB drive onto your computer’s hard drive.  The cost for your customized USB drive is $5 + shipping and handling (usually around $6, if within the Unites States). *Please note that multiple USB purchases (with a discount applied) will be placed on fewer USB drives - simply put, if you receive a discount, we will place 2 to 3 video series per USB drive.

Yes (and no).  If you’ve accidentally purchased an Instant Download product and did not download them, we will grant a refund as soon as possible.  If our authorization department receives notification of active download attempts and the IP address where the items were downloaded concerning your particular purchase, then refunds cannot be granted.  If you receive a USB drive, you will have 7 days to notify us of a malfunction, and we will promptly (at no additional cost) send you a replacement for the video series that you purchased, but cannot send out a different video series that wasn't initially purchased.  After 7 days, we cannot replace damaged USB drives.
